Below is a partial listing of projects that AT&C has participated in, with highlights from each:
AT&C served as a Senior Technical Expert in support of the HP ProLiant Solution Central project, developing print and Web ready deliverables for HP’s sales and channel partner personnel to facilitate the successful sales of the ProLiant Industry Standard Server (ISS) product line configured with various partner software solutions. Deliverables included sales, marketing and technical documents and highly detailed sales and training presentations.
Services provided:
- Served as primary technical specialist for creating detailed reference (or example) configurations to run partner software solutions, including server specifications, storage device options, networking connectivity, and management tool support for the configured solutions
- Developed all technical, marketing and sales content for multi-processor (MP) servers running partner solutions such as SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) 6.0 and Transitive QuickTransit
- Provided technical and editorial support for writing teams in the development of deliverables for over 20 different server + software solution bundles, such as:
- Microsoft Server
- SQL Server
- Exchange Server
- SharePoint Server
- Hyper-V
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL/RHEV)
- VMware ESX
- Citrix XenServer and XenApp
- Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle DB

AT&C assisted the Cingular Network Real Estate Administration (NREA) department in developing a Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Compliance Manual. Intended to provide for audit support and compliance tracking, the information included policies, description of requirements, procedures, example evidence to support; and other information.
Services provided:
- Analyzing existing compliance requirements and information
- Identification of information, process, and procedural gaps
- Process and procedure documentation and development
- Evaluation of processes and procedures for streamlining, improvement and efficiency
- AT&C
also assisted the Cingular Network Real Estate Administration department
in their preliminary Business Process Management initiative to achieve
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance with their lease processing and reporting requirements.
Also developed new hire training of department procedures in support of
AT&T / Cingular merger, to facilitate the standardized operations of the
once-separate business units. Specific tasks included:
- Analyzed existing job roles
- Process and procedure documentation
- Assisted in developing more streamlines processes and procedures
- Created training and testing materials for new hire training

AT&C organized, directed and controlled a major Computer Based Training (CBT) development project for a corporate Training Department that consisted of multiple vendor input, project tracking and coordination as well as personnel coordination and facilitation. Project was delivered in record time at a fraction of normal costs.
AT&C developed production processes using Asymetrix Toolbook and a small development team that utilized a standardized courseware template and resulted in an average of 200 populated screens-per-day. Provided consultation in support of the development of a "Good Manufacturing Practices" (GMP's) CBT for a major food manufacturing company.
AT&C also organized, directed and controlled the development and delivery of training in support of a major software rollout for the Nabisco Corporation's Casper-Text application. This Intranet-based information management system was distributed nationally to four different operating companies.

- Installation Support (Network/PC setup, On-site testing, Administrator training, User feedback, troubleshooting, etc.)
- Hands-On Training Coordination & Delivery (to over 14 different production facilities across the four companies both in the U.S. and Puerto Rico)
- Courseware Development (User Manuals, Admin Guides, Training Manuals, Job Aids, etc.)
- AT&C
organized, directed and controlled a major Computer Based Training (CBT)
development effort for the Nabisco Foods Group corporate training department.
The project consisted of:
- Project Management, Tracking, and Cost control; and Design
- CBT Development: Storyboarding, Layout, Graphics, Audio, Video
- Development of Training Manuals, User and Administrator Guides, Procedures
- (Local, Client-Server, & Intranet QA Testing; Incident Reporting & Resolution
- This project resulted in successful delivery of a fully integrated, 12 course CD-Rom package distributed nationally to members of a major Nabisco Sales force in less than 10 months, for a fraction of the usual development costs.

AT&C provided off-site consultation and documentation services in the development of an ISO-17799 compliant Information Security (IS) program. AT&C worked closely with IT Staff to develop a supporting policy manual to ISO-17799 requirements.

AT&C provided Change Management consultation for their payments processing department Business Process Management (BPM) initiative. Changes included web based software applications rolled out to both internal employees; and to their customers (general public).
AT&C provided analysis of change, training and business needs; developed a comprehensive change management plan including provisions for piloting, communicating, training, implementing and evaluating the change implementation process. Also included in the plan were contingencies for possible/probable roadblocks, delays and technical issues.
The comprehensive plan took into account timelines, milestones, user acceptance issues, software performance issues, technology resource issues; as well as considerations for internal vs. external communications, training and functionality.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida
AT&C assisted a team of highly experienced ISD personnel to implement a change management solution (Siebel) to enhance the operations of their Large and Small Group Sales Force. The change centered on the rollout and implementation of the Siebel software application their statewide sales force in a Rapid Application Development (RAD) environment.
As part of the ISD team, AT&C was specifically responsible for documentation, communication and training of specific software processes and procedures for the Underwriting group, both Large and Small.
Services provided:
- Documentation consisted of procedures and processes;
- Communications consisted of emails, internet/intranet content and presentations.
- Training consisted of both training manuals, for standup classroom instruction; and electronic training (web based training) for remote users.
- By providing these services, AT&C was successful in rolling out Siebel software updates to all users, both local and remote, to achieve a "zero downtime" implementation.
